Belgrave Road
Focusing on wellbeing, sustainability and user-centric design, Eric Parry Architects curate a modern office building that embodies excellence with amenities to enhance the employee experience. Setting new benchmarks for the future of workplace design, and designed to surpass the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge target by 38%. Combining 35% retained built fabric, structural reuse, tech and creatively conscious materials to significantly lower the project's embodied carbon emissions.
The breakout and open plan spaces promote wellbeing with the use of low impact, bio-based and recycled materials to create a welcoming, relaxed feel. The recycled paper composite surfaces that adorn the reception desks and media walls, enhance the aesthetics with a lived-in look that will develop a unique patina over time. In the restrooms, the seamless sinks incorporate recycled plastic waste in the Durat vanities. Sitting in stunning contrast with the elegantly fluted Richlite vanity fronts, the vanities withstand commercial use with low maintenance.
