Richlite Fretboard Blanks | Multicolour Guitar Fingerboards

Multicolour blanks made with Richlite's recycled paper composite in alternating colour layers. Supplied unslotted and unfinished, showing only the top colour, once sanded or machined with a radius reveals contrasting colours in a unique pattern of colour, which will vary depending on the radius and where it's cut within the material. 

This size is perfect for guitar, bass and luthier instruments as a blank for fingerboard, fretboards, bridges and other objects like jewellery, coat hooks, accessories and knife handle making.

Used as fingerboards, speaker enclosures and more, Richlite is a sustainable and durable alternative material for the music industry because of its consistent density, acoustic performance, moisture resistance and doesn't shrink like traditional wood products. Richlite machines with carbide or diamond tipped woodworking tools and is easy to maintain by wiping clean with a soft cloth as needed, or re-fretted without chipping.
